Simon is off to explore the historic sites of Quebec City with his parents, but first is dying to swim in the hotel's pool. Or is he. A group of "friendly" older boys seem to be there, no matter where he goes, in the hotel or out. His parents are convinced that he's making friends, but Simon is not so sure. Complicated feelings impact Simon's reaction to bullying in a strange town.
